the AB 360 of the A Jordan Survey into 33 residential lots and two HOA areas
located on Mission Creek Drive and Santa Cruz Drive, off of Page Road.
B. CONSIDER application #RP21-01 The Crossings at Wal St. filed by Wall Street
Crossing, LLC to replat approximately 3.307 acres of Lot 1, Block 1 of The
Crossings at Wal St. into 3 lots located on west side of North Eastman Road
and north of East Loop 281.
