Consider a Resolution accepting the bid of RPR Construction Co., Inc., of Tyler, Texas, in the amount of $5,750,000.00 for construction of the project entitled “Longview Animal Shelter and Adoption Center” and authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager’s designee to execute any documents necessary for said project contingent on certain funding from Gregg County – Brent Brevard, AIA, City Architect.
