A. Consider a Resolution authorizing the Longview Community Development Division to apply for and accept a grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development up to $500,000.00 for planning assistance for neighborhood revitalization and authorizing and directing the City Manager or his designee to execute any necessary documents incident to applying for and securing and expending said grant – Parker Harrison, Community Development Administrator.
B. Consider a Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager or his designee to execute any necessary documents incident to applying for, securing and expending a grant from the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department for the recreational trails grant program for the development of the Longview Arboretum – Scott Caron, Director of Parks and Recreation.
C. Consider a Resolution accepting certain bids, rejecting certain nonconforming bids and authorizing and directing the City Manager or the City Manager’s designee to execute any necessary documents for fleet vehicles – Dwayne Archer, Assistant Public Works Director.

Marshall, LLC to abandon a 15.03 foot alley right-of-way consisting of 0.044 acres located between Lot 15, NCB 6 and Lots 4, 5 and 6, NCB 6 of the Hamilton McNutt Survey located west of the intersection of Edith Street and St. Ann Avenue – Angela Choy, AICP, City Planner.
