A. Consider a Resolution authorizing and directing the Acting City Manager or the Acting City Manager’s designee to execute any necessary documents for the application, receipt and expenditure of grant funds in the amount of $1,000 from the Walmart Community Grant Program for adult continuing education books – Jennifer Eldridge, Library Manager.
B. Consider a Resolution authorizing and directing the Acting City Manager or the Acting City Manager’s designee to execute any necessary documents for the acceptance of a donation in the amount of $13,225 from One Hundred Acres of Heritage for the construction of a stage cover
at Heritage Plaza – Shawn Hara, Media and Tourism Manager.
C. Consider an Ordinance amending the Fiscal Year 2017-2018 Main Street fund budget in the amount of $15,000 providing funding for the construction of a stage cover at Heritage Plaza – Shawn Hara, Media and Tourism Manager.
D. Consider a Resolution authorizing and directing the Acting City Manager or the Acting City Manager’s designee to execute any necessary documents with ChlorKing Innovations, LLC for a 36 month lease in an amount not to exceed $185,184.00 for onsite chlorine production equipment – Scott Caron, Director of Parks and Recreation.
E. Consider an Ordinance amending the Fiscal Year 2017-2018 Budget by allocating $500,000 to account 060-307-000-5111 from fund balance account number 060-6001 for the Maude Cobb Activity Center South Parking Lot Pavement Rehabilitation – Laura Hill, Director of Community Services.
F. Consider an Ordinance authorizing the sale of tax foreclosure property known as Lot 10, Block 1383, Le Tourneau Heights Addition, City of Longview, Gregg County, Texas, (Account # R52560), said property also known as 15 Bradley Street, for the cash sum of $1,350 - Rolin McPhee, P.E. Director of Public Works.
G. Consider a Resolution authorizing and directing the Acting City Manager or the Acting City Manager’s designee to execute any necessary documents for the application, receipt and expenditures of grant funds in the amount not to exceed $25,000 from the 2018 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program from the Criminal Justice Division of the Governor’s Office for the purpose of initiatives that reduce crime and its effect on communities – Mike Bishop, Police Chief.
