A. Consider a Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager or the City Manager’s designee to execute any necessary documents for the application, receipt and expenditure of grant funds in the amount of $10,452.46 from the Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education (LEOSE) fund for the purpose of continuing education and training for law
enforcement personnel of the Longview Police Department – Mike Bishop, Police Chief.
B. Consider a Resolution awarding a contract to and authorizing and directing the City Manager or the City Manager’s designee to execute any necessary documents with Cutler Repaving, Inc., of Lawrence, Kansas in the amount of $470,395.00 for the construction of the 2019 HMAC Hot-in-place Recycling project – Rolin McPhee, P.E., Director of Public Works.
C. Consider a Resolution awarding a contract to and authorizing and directing the City Manager or the City Manager’s designee to execute any necessary documents with Wicker Construction, Inc., of Shreveport, Louisiana in the amount of $530,209.00 for the construction of the Guthrie Creek Shared Use Path Utility Relocation project – Rolin McPhee, P.E., Director of Public Works.
D. Consider a Resolution accepting the Maude Cobb Convention Center South Parking Lot Rehabilitation and authorizing final payment in the amount of $20,000.00 to W. R. Welborn & Son, of Longview, Texas – Rolin McPhee, P.E., Director of Public Works.
E. Consider approval of the following minutes: February 14, 2019 and February 28, 2019 – Angie Shepard, City Secretary.
