Guthrie Creek Trail Extension Presentation - Scott Caron, Director of Parks and Recreation, presented a proposed plan for the development of Phase 2 and 3 of the Guthrie Creek Trail Extension to connect the Cargill Long Trail to the Paul G. Boorman Trail. To help fund this project, the City of Longview is applying for a grant from the Texas Department of Transportation.
