Item X C - Consider an Ordinance amending Chapter 13 of the Longview City Code to provide for the administration and enforcement of said chapter by Longview’s Animal Services Division, to provide for the implantation of identification microchips in animals, to provide for the sterilization of animals under certain circumstances, and to clarify certain circumstances under which ownership of an animal passes to the City of Longview – Laura Hill, Director of Community Services.
