Metropolitan Planning Organization - The Longview Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) held a public meeting on Tuesday, June 7th to present the draft 2017-2020 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and revisions to the 2015-2018 TIP. The Longview TIP is a plan, which identifies federally funded highways, bridges, and public transportation projects to be constructed or implemented in the next four years. A public comment review period for the Longview TIP will be held from June 7 to June 20, 2016. Comments and questions regarding the Longview TIP may be sent to the Longview MPO, P.O.Box 1952, Longview, 75606 or emailed to MPO@LongviewTexas.gov. The TIP is available for review online at LongviewTexas.gov/MPO and in the MPO office located at 410 S. High St. Longview, Texas 75601.
