Consent Agenda - A. Consider a Resolution appointing the Mayor Pro Tem – Mayor and City Council.
B. Consider a Resolution making appointments, reappointments, and chair
designations to various city boards, commissions, and committees – Nona
Snoddy, Council Member District 2 and David Wright, Council Member District 5.
C. Consider a Resolution to approve the Fiscal Year 2017 – 2018 Housing
Choice Voucher Administrative Plan and PHA Plan and supporting policy
documents – Cheteva Marshall, Housing Manager.
D. Consider a Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager or the
City Manager’s designee to execute any necessary documents using a
federal grant for the purchase of a paratransit vehicle in an amount not to
exceed $88,688.00 via the city’s participation in the State of Texas
cooperative purchasing program – Scott Lewis, General Manager, Longview Transit.
E. Consider approval of the following minutes: May 11, 2017 and May 25,
2017 – Shelly Ballenger, City Secretary.

number of individuals who may occupy a one-family dwelling or a single
dwelling unit, enact other requirements and definitions related to said
restriction, and allow a two-year amortization period for existing uses that
do not comply with said restriction or related requirements – Michael
