Deliberate the purchase and value of real property interests for right of way improvements in furtherance of the Cotton Street Reconstruction Project located in the City of Longview, Gregg County, Texas, which acquisition is for a public purpose.
B. Consultation with Attorney - Under Texas Government Code Section 551.071.
Discuss and consult with the City's attorney(s) regarding the proposed conveyance of Hinsley Park in exchange for the construction of a new park.
