Item VII B - A PUBLIC HEARING will be held to consider application #SW21-06 filed by Francisco Pitman for a waiver to the City of Longview UDC Subdivision Regulations, Article D, Section 5.02, Subsection A to allow for a minimum lot depth of approximately 89 feet instead of the required 100 feet minimum in Single Family (SF-4) Zoning District for approximately 0.175 acres of proposed Lot 1, Block 1 Laso Subdivision located at the southwest corner of El Paso and Lilly Street.
