jurisdiction of the City of Longview as an industrial district under Section
42.044 of the Texas Local Government Code, to be known as the "Neiman
Marcus Industrial District No. 1" – Keith Bonds, Assistant City Manager.
B. Consider an Ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor to execute an
industrial district agreement between the City of Longview and The
Neiman Marcus Group, Inc., or the appropriate affiliate or subsidiary of
same, under the authority of Section 42.044 of the Texas Local
Government Code – Keith Bonds, Assistant City Manager.
