Consent Agenda - A. Consider a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Longview, Texas, approving the Fiscal Year 2017 - 2018 Annual Consolidated Action Plans, which include the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership Act (HOME) grant funds – Parker Harrison, Community Development Administrator.
B. Consider a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Longview, Texas, approving the Substantial Amendment to Fiscal Years 2014 - 2017 Annual Consolidated Action Plans, which include the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) – Parker Harrison, Community Development Administrator.
C. Consider a Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager or the City Manager’s designee to execute any necessary documents to enter into a cooperative purchasing agreement with U.S. Communities Government Purchasing Alliance – Jaye Latch, Purchasing Manager.
D. Consider a Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager or the City Manager’s designee to execute any necessary documents for procurement card services via the city’s participation in the State of Texas cooperative purchasing program – Jaye Latch, Purchasing Manager.
E. Consider a Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager or the City Manager’s designee to execute a Memorandum of Understanding between the Texas Department of Public Safety and the City of Longview for participation in the Motor Carrier Safety Assistance Program – Mike Bishop, Police Chief.
F. Consider a Resolution approving the obligation/transfer of HUD-Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing vouchers from Bossier Parish Housing Authority to the City of Longview Housing Authority – Cheteva Marshall, Housing Manager.
