B. Consider a Resolution establishing the date, time, and place for a public hearing on the proposed FY2019-20 budget – Angela Coen, Director of Finance.
C. Consider a Resolution suspending for 45 days the effective date proposed by Atmos Energy, Corporation – MidTex Division (“Atmos Energy”) in its application filed on or about March 28, 2019 pursuant to section 104.301 of the Gas Utility Regulatory Act, sometimes also referred to as the “GRIP” statute – Jim Finley, City Attorney.
D. Consider a Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager or the City Managers designee to execute any necessary documents with Stryker Medical for the purchase of eight (8) Lucas Chest Compression Devices for an amount not to exceed $114,500.00 for the Longview Fire Department - J.P. Steelman, Fire Chief.
E. Consider an Ordinance authorizing City staff to acquire real property located on South Street and described as 1.403 acres, being a portion of Lot 39, NCB 223, Longview McNutt Acreage, City of Longview, Gregg County, Texas, designated as parcel 2019-P-002, for the amount of $89,500.00 for the New Police Department location - Rolin McPhee, P.E. Director of Public Works.
F. Consider a Resolution authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager’s designee to accept from Gregg County the conveyance of a 1999 Paint Striping Truck valued at approximately $50,000 – Rolin McPhee, Director of Public Works.
G. Consider a Resolution awarding a contract in the amount of $150,000 and authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute any necessary documents with Excel Utilities of Longview, TX, for the construction of the 2019 CDBG Water Improvements on Hailey Drive - Rolin McPhee, P.E., Director of Public Works.
H. Consider a Resolution rejecting all bids for the Maude Cobb Convention and Activity Center Storeroom Addition Project - Rolin McPhee, P.E., Director of Public Works.
I.
