A. Consider a Resolution approving a Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Local Juvenile Service Project grant contract between the City of Longview and Longview Teen Court, Inc, in the amount of $16,387.75 and authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager’s designee to execute any necessary documents with Longview Teen Court, Inc., for the performance of said contract – NaTusha Howard, Executive Director Longview Teen Court.
B. Consider a Resolution approving the submission of a grant application to Humanities Texas for a mini-grant in the amount of $200.00 for a traveling Shakespeare exhibit – Kara Spitz, Library Manager.
C. Consider a Resolution authorizing and ratifying the emergency purchase of wastewater repairs at McCann Road and Baylor Drive and the execution of documents incident to same – Rolin McPhee, P.E., Director of Public Works.
D. Consider a Resolution rejecting all bids for the Wood Place Culvert Improvements Project – Rolin McPhee, P.E., Director of Public Works.
E. Consider a Resolution establishing the date, time, and place for a public hearing on the proposed Fiscal Year 2015–2016 budget – Angela Coen, Director of Finance.
F. Consider a Resolution authorizing the settlement of litigation styled City of
Longview V. Kathryn Jean Ogden, Cause No. 2015-70-CCL2 – Jim Finley, City Attorney.
G. Consider approval of the following minutes: July 9, 2015 – Shelly Ballenger, City Secretary.
