Consent Agenda - A. Consider a Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager or the City Manager’s designee to execute any necessary documents for the application, receipt, and expenditure of grant funds not to exceed $1,584.00 from the Texas State Library and Archives Commission - Justin Cure, Manager of Information Services.
B. Consider a Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager or the City Manager’s designee to execute any necessary documents for the application, receipt, and expenditure of grant funds not to exceed $15,840.00 from the Federal Communications Commission - Justin Cure, Manager of Information Services.
C. Consider a Resolution making appointments, reappointments, and chair designations to various city boards, commissions, and committees – Nona Snoddy, Council Member District 2 and David Wright, Council Member District 5.
D. Consider a Resolution to publish and post the availability of the draft FY19 Annual Action Plan, including the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME budgets and supporting policy documents to begin the HUD mandatory public comment period - Dakota Brown, Community Development Administrator.

A PUBLIC HEARING will be held to consider application #S19-03 filed by Tyler Graber requesting a Specific Use Permit (SUP) to allow for a convenience store with a drive-thru window in General Retail Zoning District for AB 129 H McNutt Survey, Tract 9 located at 1026 McCann Road. - Angela Choy, AICP, City Planner.
B. A PUBLIC HEARING will be held to consider a request to abandon a portion of a 60 foot wide street right-of-way known as Edwin Street consisting of approximately .552 acres located west of High Street - Angela Choy, AICP, City Planner.
