Consider a Resolution directing the City’s planning department (the Development Services Department) to prepare a service plan for extending full municipal services to areas located within the ETJ from the existing city limits north of East Loop 281, east of Tryon Road and west of Hollybrook Drive and directing staff to take appropriate steps to consider the annexation of said area, and making certain related findings – Angela M. Choy, AICP, City Planner.
