B. Consider a Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager or the City Manager’s designee to execute a Memorandum of Understanding between the Texas Department of Public Safety and the City of Longview for participation in the Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Program – Mike Bishop, Police Chief. C. Consider a Resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to negotiate and enter a contract not to exceed $179,914 for the development of a Longview MPO study of the E.
