A. Consider a Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager, the
Chief of Police, and/or any other official of the City as may be necessary
or convenient, to apply for, accept and expend grant funds from the 2020-
21 National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the Texas
Department of Transportation Comprehensive Selected Traffic

B. Consider a Resolution authorizing the City Manager, the City Manager’s
designee, or other official of the City as shall be required, to purchase Heil
