Consent Agenda - A. Consider a Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager, the
Chief of Police, and/or any other official of the City as may be necessary
or convenient, to apply for, accept and expend grant funds from the 2020-
21 National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the Texas
Department of Transportation Comprehensive Selected Traffic

designee, or other official of the City as shall be required, to purchase Heil
and Schwartz OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts from Heil of
