Consent Agenda - A. Consider a Resolution awarding a contract to and authorizing and directing the City Manager or the City Manager’s designee to execute any necessary documents with Southern Grounds Maintenance of Longview, Texas for grounds maintenance service for Fire Department – J.P. Steelman, Fire Chief.
B. Consider a Resolution electing to continue to receive a portion of the bingo prize fee collected under Section 2001.502 of the Texas Occupations Code after January 1, 2020 – Kim Adams, Finance Manager.
C. Consider a Resolution authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to negotiate and execute a contract between the City of Longview and Arts!Longview, Inc. in the amount of $25,000 for support of the newly designated Cultural District – Laura Hill, Director of Community Services.
