Consent Agenda

A. Consider a Resolution awarding a contract to and authorizing and directing the
City Manager or the City Manager’s designee to execute any necessary
documents with ABC Auto for Automotive Batteries for the Fleet Department –
Dwayne Archer, Assistant Director of Public Works.

B. Consider a Resolution awarding a contract to and authorizing and directing the
City Manager or the City Manager’s designee to execute any necessary
documents with Payne Mechanical Services of Longview, Texas for plumbing
services – Dwayne Archer, Assistant Director of Public Works.

C. Consider a Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager or the City
Manager’s designee to execute any necessary documents for the purchase of an
ambulance for the Fire Department using the city’s inter-local agreement with the
Houston-Galveston Area Council (HGAC) for an amount not to exceed
$289,633.58– Dwayne Archer, Public Works Assistant Director.

D. Consider a Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to execute
Change Order Number 1 increasing the contract cost $250,000.00 which will
result in a total contract price of $4,856,736 with Leland Bradlee Construction of
Longview, Texas, regarding the Guthrie Creek Shared Use Path project–
Dwayne L. Archer, Assistant Director of Public Works.

Manager or the City Manager’s designee to execute any necessary documents with to
WRL General Contractors LLC., of Flint, Texas, in the amount of $23,875,100.00 for the
construction of the Longview Police Department – Dwayne Archer, Assistant Director of
Public Works.
