G. Consider a Resolution authorizing the City Manager or his designee to
enter into an agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation in

the City of Longview and AAON Coil Products, Inc., a Texas corporation –

Consider all matters incident and related to the issuance and sale of the
City of Longview, Texas Waterworks and Sewer System Revenue
Refunding Bonds, Series 2019, including the adoption of an ordinance
authorizing the issuance of the bonds, establishing parameters for the sale
and issuance of such bonds, providing for the engagement of bond
counsel on a contingent fee basis and delegating certain matters to City
officers to act on its behalf in selling the bonds – John Martin, Hilltop
Securities, Inc.
