necessary documents for the application, receipt and expenditure of grant
funding in the amount of up to $1,000,000.00 from the U.S. Department of
Housing and Urban Development for a Youth Homelessness
Demonstration Programs Grant – Dietrich R. Johnson, Assistant Director
Community Services Administration.
E. Acceptance of the September 30, 2016 Quarterly Investment Report –
Angela Coen, Director of Finance.
F. Consider a Resolution awarding a contract to and authorizing and
directing the City Manager or the City Manager’s designee to execute any
necessary documents with S & R Construction, LLC, of Marshall, Texas,
in the amount of $130,541.20 to for the Helane Lane Drainage
Improvements project – Rolin McPhee, P.E., Director of Public Works.
G. Consider a Resolution accepting the Fourth Street Extension Project and
authorizing final payment in the amount of $166,971.75 to East Texas
Bridge, Inc. of Longview, Texas – Rolin McPhee, P.E., Director of Public
Works.
H. Consider a Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager or the
City Manager’s designee to execute any necessary documents for the
application, receipt and expenditure of grant funding in the amount of
$2,500.00 from Koch Companies Public Sector, LLC for firefighter
personal protective equipment for the Longview Fire Department – J.P.
Steelman, Fire Chief.
