A PUBLIC HEARING will be held to consider application #RP17-06 Microtel
Center filed by PCH I20 Ventures, LLC to re-plat approximately 6.79 acres of
Lot 1, Block 1369 Johnson Addition, AB 165 J A Parsons Survey, Tract 26-
01, AB 2 A R Johnson Survey, Tract 31 Section 6, Tract 69 Section 6, Tract
70, Section 6, Lot 3 Block 1 Microtel Center and Lot 3A Block 1 Microtel
Center into two (2) commercial lots along Lilly Street, Pittman Street, and
Swancy Street, located west of Eastman Road and north of Interstate 20.

Item VI B

A PUBLIC HEARING will be held to consider application #PD17-06 filed by
Southern Multifoods requesting to amend PD8 to revise the original site plan
and allow for a drive-thru window for AB 258 P P Rains Survey Tract 32-03
Section 6 and Tract 32-05 Section 6 located at 2553 Judson Road south of
Loop 281.
